TrueProject offers monthly or annual subscriptions based on the number of active projects. Users are unlimited, with licensing based on active projects, not users. Available project increments are 50, 100, and 250, with custom plans for over 250 projects. Discounts are available for multi-year contracts and larger project volumes. Implementation and consulting services are included, with additional packages based on client needs.
TrueProject is a software-as-a-service solution that provides unlimited user access and is licensed on an annual or monthly basis, dependent upon the number of active projects managed each month. Annual subscriptions can range from $9,000 to $400,000 depending on the number of active projects selected.
A standard TrueProject implementation can be completed in as little as three days.
Once deployed, TrueProject can be operated with one system administrator for a few hours per week. Project Managers typically review project status in about two hours per week and can save up to 10 hours weekly in automated reporting. Stakeholders spend only a few minutes per week responding to assessments and reviewing reports.
TrueProject includes configuration and training services. Additional advanced configuration hours can be purchased. Subscriptions include a 90-day Customer Success Program and Virtual Project Office (VPO) services to ensure effective adoption. Ongoing VPO support is available as a professional service.
VPO ensures TrueProject is properly administered and helps interpret system outputs. Included during initial implementation, it provides administrative support, project analysis, and executive reporting. Continued VPO services are available as an add-on professional service.
TrueProject offers 24/7 support via email or phone. Each customer is assigned a Customer Success Manager to guide deployment and ongoing system use.
